— My approach
Program start:
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate, and I do not work with individually tailored vegan meal plans.

The process begins with you filling out a questionnaire and/or a food diary. Once this is submitted, it takes about 1–2 weeks for your personalized program to be completed and sent to you.

You choose your own start date after receiving the program.
